So hello again. I was active on this site about 8 months ago, and I fell out of the language learning activities. Backstory: I'm a Junior in HS, and am in German III. My knowledge of German is relatively poor, yet I am a top student in the class. The teacher (very old and crazy) is retiring after this year, and we are having a new teacher next year. Nicht gut. I'm disappointed in the fact that I can barely speak German, but also am nervous about having a teacher that might expect us to know the language.
SO! Motivation I have! 3 Months (summer vacation) devoted to Vocabulary build-up, Listening Comprehension, Grammar, and Pronunciation. I'm very good at grammar, and okay at listening. I like to think I speak it 'well', when I am reading aloud. I'll begin very soon, and I'll do daily updates. I'm planning on Minoring in German in college, so that is motivation as well. 1 person has voted this message useful |
