Depending on your level in Spanish I could suggest quite a few. Since I don't know your level I'll suggest only two. These days newspapers and blogs have blurred into magazines. I love El PaĆ­s their news coverage is, in my opinion, the best in the Spanish speaking world and if you scroll down their contributing blogs are the functional equvivalent of good magazine content.

A great "magazine" for learners is Veinte Mundos The site has a lot of material archived. The articles are classified by level and also have audio as well to practice listening and reading. Certain vocabulary, idoms and grammar points are explained also.

If you like People magazine, check out People en Espanol. It is free online.

There are native Spanish magazines for pretty much any subject out there. Probably the best thing you can do is walk into a Barnes & Noble or Borders and take a look at their magazine rack - they both have a large Spanish section. Note whatever subjects you like, look inside the cover for a website, and go from there.
