This product sounds great! Love the concept. But, as others have pointed out, the books themselves don't really seem exciting. "The Case of the Missing Poodle"? Give me some interesting books and I'll be all over it.

Ok, maybe it is a cool concept (i'll give it that), but I don't think that it is good for absolute beginners. Perhaps if it were more interesting books and it were used by people with a foundation in the language already, it would be more helpful. But the way it is advertized is that it's for absolute beginners.
