Some of these aren't necessarily 'methods' in the way that Pimsleur and MT are methods. For example, Teach yourself, Colloquial, Living Language etc. are very similar in the way they deliver instruction: dialogues, vocabulary lists, grammar points and exercises.
In my experience most 'methods' as such are gimmicks. I will respectfully leave Pimsleur off that list.
