I just got this (newly published) Chinese reference grammar in the mail today and it is so good, I just had to recommend it here. It includes the characters, pinyin and romanization (there is a free preview):

Do you think it's worth buying if I already own Modern Mandarin Chinese Grammar?

I don't know. I have that book too, but I like to have multiple grammars because I like reading about a concept in different ways and then I can assimilate it without necessarily having to study.
