As I am learning French, I was wondering what French spoken with an English accent would
sound like to a native French speaker. Is it pleasant, like English spoken with a Spanish
accent, or unpleasant/comical?

Dunno. The English accent when speaking Russian or Lithuanian is pretty comical, though.

I've never heard anyone talk about an English accent sounding pleasant in any other language (except English).... to the point I kind of cringe whenever I see questions like this. Maybe it's just because English is so common nowadays, so people are less likely to find it charming, or special. If anyone does find it pleasant, it would be interesting to hear why.

Is Russian accent in Lithuanian pleasent or not? Because Russian with Lithuanian accent

It's not worth worrying about. If you're a genius, you'll learn to have a native accent
in your other languages. If not - like most people - you'll have a bit of an accent.

I personally think my English accent in Spanish is ugly. I also know (a larger than you
might suppose) amount of people here in Spain who think that their (through practice
reasonably light, very pleasant to my ears) accent in English is embarrassing and hideous
and wrong. Because they can only hear the differences between how they speak and how a
native sounds, not how charming their accent might be to native speakers of English.

You are from where you come from. You speak another language natively. Embrace that and
others will too.

This is something that's always bothered me. Among English speakers, if you speak English with an accent, as long as you're understandable, it's generally seen as attractive. I would think of it as pretty rude to suggest to someone that they should learn to speak without an accent. Yet as an English speaker learning another language, there seems to be so much emphasis on sounding exactly like a native. It just seems impractical and unfair to me.

You don't have to speak like a native, but sometimes big work must be done to speak in
such a way, that you could be easily understood.
I've heard that even wrong intonation can cause bad reaction in English-speaking
countries.
It is really unfair that everyone has to study English and native English speakers
study the language they want.
