How does English-accented French sound?

I remember reading somewhere, in an article written by a Frenchman, that the English accent in French is considered "sexy". I'm not sure I believe him, but I'm certain that the English accent sounds better in French than the American!

You think so? American vowels are very different from English, we pronounce all of our R's and Americans turn single vowels into dipthongs. When my sister calls out "Dad", it sounds like about 3-4 syllables.
