Thanks, I'll be sure to see if they have that at the library as well. I'll try to compare the two if they have both.
Also, I don't expect for them to allow me to renew Assimil, so I'll be buying that, and to the guy who posted the US amazon link to the CD, I am already planning on buying that and the book.
I've watched two French In Action videos, I really like how it shows the culture and hammers the phrases and structure into your head. Is there anything like that for Spanish?

I borrowed the CDs for Assimil from the library and then bought the corresponding book on half.com for under $20. If it's a possibility for you I highly suggest it.
