The Book Depository are offering free e-books,
www.bookdepository.co.uk/free.

There doesn't seem to be many about languages, but there seems to be a few on minority
languages such as Malay, Cornish, Chinook and Dakotan.

I have no idea if these books are widely available or not, but maybe worth a look.

There are a lot of Jules Verne titles, perhaps 40 each in English and French, which might interest the French
learners. Not finding anything for Spanish yet, for my studies.

There's also a "Classic French Course in English" Ebook. That might help me.

Project Gutenberg has some of out-of-copyright Spanish books.

Caution: there's a lot of small publishing houses printing books from OCRed copies, quite often just downloaded straight from archive.org without any quality control.

OCR (Optical Character Recognition) doesn't cope well with language books, in particular dictionaries.

I don't know if this applies here, but these free ebooks will almost certainly be out-of-copyright reprints...
