I got a question about the Brazilian Portuguese CD sets, the 16cd Brazilian Portuguese 1, who I'm listening to the later CDs of now, seems quite good, but do the CD set 2 and 3 move on to use the full spoken verbal inflection system with imperfect, preteritum, and how to form "I was doing", "I did" " We started on xx then" etc?
Are there other good brazilian sources for learning the slightly more complex basic spoken language? (written language is sort of covered by my "Colloquial Portuguese of Brazil", though it promise to teach both written and spoken language, it do not contain much beyond basic spoken, and some quite complex written language not used in spoken language).
