I don't know how many people are interested in learning (Modern) Hebrew on this site, but for those who are, Ulpan Or is a great resource for those who cannot take the time and money to go to Israel for several months and enroll in a traditional ulpan. They sell their curriculum online for home study. Their home based programs will take you from level Aleph to level Vav (equivalent to an A1 to about a C1). They also offer GDL (Guided Distance Learning) courses, in which you get two lessons per week with an Israeli ulpan teacher who will help you make your way through the home based courses, using something like Skype.
