I have been thinking of buying "Complete Arabic with Two Audio CDs : A Teach Yourself Guide"

Have you been to your local library? My library has many different Arabic titles and you can have a chance to 'try before you buy'.
I don't think I've used the one to which you refer so can't offer you any assistance that way I'm afraid. I do know that I've been impressed with the Michel Thomas CDs. 1 person has voted this message useful | |

I have the Complete Arabic course. I just love it - get it. Surely there are more sophisticated materials for Arabic, but if you're a beginner, it's better to start with this Teach Yourself book.
