Hi
I need to practice listening Spanish. I have a job that I go to 12 hours a week and it's a lightly clerical work. I listen to music most of the times but I was wondering if there are any youtube videos that I can listen to (can't view them, only listen) so that I can improve my Spanish listening? If you have an MP3 player you might want to try content from LingQ.com, since they have audio podcasts and transcripts. I don't know if that's what you want or not.
ETA: Now that I've thought about it for more than 2 minutes, here's a list. The five largest Spanish TV stations in the US, in order. 1) Univision http://www.youtube.com/user/univision over 7,000 videos 2)Telemundo http://www.youtube.com/user/telemundoatlanta Over 400 videos, Telemundo of Atlanta (local news) 3) Telefutura – a subsidiary of Univision, it seems. Search for their videos yourself. Type the station plus a keyword like noticias or telenovela. 4) Azteca America http://www.youtube.com/user/AzAmerica Over 3,000 videos. Also: http://www.youtube.com/user/tvazteca Over 1,100 videos. http://www.youtube.com/user/tvaztecadeportes Almost 2,000 videos. http://www.youtube.com/user/aztecaespectaculos Almost 100 videos. http://www.youtube.com/user/CocinadeYolo Cooking show, almost 500 videos. http://www.youtube.com/user/AztecaNoticiasTv About 200 videos. http://www.youtube.com/user/Proyecto40TV Un canal para activar tu mente, over 350 videos, apparently documentaries & other thinky stuff. http://www.youtube.com/user/alextremoelblog 5) Estrella No links, search for their videos yourself. Also: http://www.youtube.com/user/USLSTV11 330 videos. Looks like a telenovela someone uploaded, from RCN Television of Colombia. http://www.youtube.com/user/VIVELOHOY Spanish newspaper from Chicago, 159 videos. http://www.youtube.com/user/ActualidadRT Russia Today en espanol. I have been watching a few telenovelas on the Univision channel on youtube.. They might
get pretty boring at times.. but they have helped me improve my listening and speaking skills a LOT. 1 person has voted this message useful |
