Have you read any of the reviews on Amazon for them? I can't speak to the Portuguese course (I've gone through the Polish Teach Yourself and Colloquial), but the reviews seem to mirror my thoughts on the differences between the Polish courses.
In my opinion Colloquial is a bit drier and gets into the grammar right away, where Teach Yourself eases you into the grammar and provides better exercises, etc.
They're both reasonably prices courses, though. I'm glad I have both courses in my library, but I went through Teach Yourself first, then Colloquial.
Of course, YMMV, depending on where you are in your studies.

For me grammar is the most important when I learn a language, so does the Colloquial focuses more on grammar?
And if yes, what will be better:
Colloquial Portuguese of Brazil + Colloquial Portuguese of Brazil 2
or
Teach Yourself Brazilian Portuguese + Teach Yourself Portuguese Grammar
In terms of grammar...
