I knew about Minimus, hadn't seen it, but I had a feeling that the Artes Latinae would fit him. He did the free demo
and was enthusiastic about it, and I figured it would be easy to assign. I've just looked at Minimus and still think
that Artes Latinae fits him better, although of course it would be fun to have Minimus for reading purposes, along
with a number of others.

I don't think AL needs a primer, by the way. I think I would start with AL and use Minimus to supplement, for
reading and things. At least at the first, AL moves slowly enough that I think that if you started with something else,
it might be painful to go to AL later. On the other hand, if you have that much experience you will be skipping a lot
of the questions anyway.

Four Romance languages before starting Latin? Interesting!
