Me too, I'm stuck around 42, I can't get beyond 43. Latin roots really help a lot however.

Yeah - I haven't gotten beyond level 45. Guessing as to what kind of word something is can help a lot, I find. There are two things that have bothered me, though: when a definition is wrong (defining 'apocrypha' as 'false' is blatantly wrong), and when a word has more than one meaning, and I guess the choice that's closest to something other than the meaning meant. Still, it's an amusing pastime.

The best I scored was level 41. I'm mostly either 39 or 40 though.

I gave up after 41... Playing this game is like gambling.
Now I need to make one for some other language.
No, that's a terrible idea. I wouldn't even play it.
