Hi,
I am learning German, and I wonder if anyone could show me any (story) Book/Audio combo?
I mean a story book which has an audio book too.
If the book is simplified, then it would be much better.

Thanks in advance.

http://www.vorleser.net/ is exactly what you're looking for!

Here you can download free audiobooks with transcripts. They have tons of fairy
tales/fables available (under Hans Christian Andersen, Aesop, and Brüder Grimm), each
under 10 minutes in length, as well as some simple novels like Tom Sawyer. There's a wide
enough range of materials here to sustain you until you reach a near-native level.

Viel Spaß!

And once you're done with the mentioned ones, Librivox and Project Gutenberg. (Sometimes I can't stand the voice of one of the readers, but that also happens with conventional audiobooks.)

Thank you all for your replies. They were really useful.
And also I found this two web sites together:
http://www.hekaya.de/
and
http://maerchenpodcast.de/

The first one has the stories and the second one has podcasts.
They can be used togeether.
Again, Danke!

You can also try downloading free courses from Deutsche Welle. "Warum nicht?" is a very basic course, but could give you some basis before starting Assimil.

I love the Hueber Verlag audiobooks; I'm currently revising level A2 texts:
Faust
Siegfried's Tod
Rumpelstilzchen
which I bought on Amazon
