I recently re-purchased Berlitz Essential Russian, as the new version came with a CD. I bought the first edition a long time ago, and decided to get the second edition, as it was also inexpensive. They also mentioned downloadable online content. I wasn't expecting much, but I downloaded the additional vocabulary at
Berlitz - Download Page
It's very good, and there's a lot of it. The best part is that it has the English and the Russian recorded, so it can be used stand alone. I estimate it's about an additional three hours worth of audio. Most courses would include this as CD's, and charge a lot extra. They have similar audio for their Japanese, Spanish and Italian courses. Even if you don't purchase the books, you could still use their audio.
