Well, that's sad. I was rather interested in Acquerello Italiano but felt I wasn't ready for it yet. Maybe I should have purchased and put away for the future. On the other hand, perhaps I just missed out on losing my money!
The Think Spanish and Think French audio-magazines look good too, wish there was an Italian version (ooh, I hope they aren't the litigators against CE)

This is a great shame. It just proves, yet again, what Edward Trimnell advised in his book - if you see a language program you want on a shelf, don't wait, buy it! Otherwise you may find it will be gone when you come to want it in the future.
It seems a shame that a petty ownership suit has deprived language-lovers of such excellent materials.
