I just watched the first episodes of HBO's Game of Thrones and was curious about the fictional Dothraki language that linguist Dave Banks developed for the series. I found a detailed interview with him in the Wired magazine. The Language Creation Society also has a Dothraki blog with additional information.

There will also be an upcoming interview with him, likely to be posted on the www.westeros.org site. They've done a lot of work with Dothraki and evidently also on some other languages (for Asshai & the White Walkers). I'm curious to see what the lexicon for end of Season 1 will look like!
