There was another unexplained outage yesterday, it lasted at least 17 hours. Be sure to back up everything you want to keep.

You need to get your browser to use 'UTF-8' encoding in the window where the
printable version is opened. How? Depends on your browser. Mine has an application
menu with 'View' in it, and a 'Character Encoding' option under that, where UTF-8
can be selected among a gazillion others. Of course YMMV.

Hope this helps.

I just edited the downloaded file to say it uses UTF-8 encoding. For my Japanese
that worked fine.
