Thanks for the HJsplit suggestion - it worked perfectly. (I'd tried 7zip, but wrote winzip above by mistake.)

In case anyone runs into similar problems, and isn't sure exactly whether they're due to corrupted files or incompatible software I'd like to encourage downloaders who successfully unzip their files to post MD5 sums along with the full filenames*. (HJsplit has an option for this)
DLI Indonesian MD5 sums:
DLI_Indonesian_Course.zip.001 :   943927552
DLI_Indonesian_Course.zip.002 :   835836969
DLI_Indonesian_Course.zip.003 :   747644211

*This way a google search on "site:how-to-learn-any-language.com/forum *filename* MD5 sum" should find them quickly.

There's no easy way to download the audio for these courses, I would need to download
each file individually. I may do it for some of the obscure language like Tausug but I've
no plans to do so at the moment.

Have you tried to use software like http://www.webreaper.net/ to grab all the files?

This should work even on password protected sites and intranet as you can also enter your login details there.

(I assume the pdfs are in reality html sites and you have only created the pdfs manually? )

Georgian would be interesting ;-)

There may be but I don't have access to it. A friend of mine may be heading to DLI soon
and I'm compiling some requests, I'll add this one to it.

Thanks - this would be then as well useful for a friend of mine.

First of all I would like to thanks a lot Fat Tony for his post at page 1. It is helping me a lot;
second, as I'm new at this site forum, I still don't know all the rules, and maybe I commite some mistakes. I have in my favorites the site http://sites.google.com/site/soyouwanttolearnalanguage/, and there they post links in more than 200 languages, with DLI materail and other, taken from eric, but all insertions are about only books. I would like to know, if the DLI materail posted thare is the same posted here?

Hi rebrafi,

Whenever possible I try to post the audio links for the ebooks, but most of the time it just isn't available.

So far I haven't added the links for the DLI materials posted here, not until they are posted on a more stable site than rapidshare etc.
Many of the DLI pdfs are available on other sites, and I have added those links to my site, but if you want the audio to go along with the pdfs then this thread is probably the only place you can download them.

Which one would you say is better: FSI Basic French or the DLI French course?

Is DLI Spanish available please? I didn't see the link in any of the pages. I apologize
if I missed it.
