I'm looking for a Spanish language program in a Mexican university, as cheap as possible. I don't really care about the quality of the teachers or the location, so it could be in a really small town or a big city, it's all good to me!
The UNAM offers 6-weeks intensive Spanish courses for US$365 (not including housing). It is the cheapest program I've found so far, what about the others?

What I often do is stay with a family in a Spanish speaking country and then get lessons
for around $5 an hour. I don't know anyone in Mexico but I know a family in Peru who put
people up for around $50 a week, all included. The immersion in itself would be very
beneficial. PM me if you want any more details on the family I know. They're really
lovely!
