It's much easier to keep up with Assimil than Teach Yourself, that's for sure...
But tomorrow, I WILL do the exercises for Teach Yourself's Unit 10 (and add the vocab into Anki if it's not in there yet). Outside somewhere, hopefully.

And then it was overcast, also I got an urge to practice my guitar playing, but I did enter TY Unit ten's primary dialogue into Anki. Will do Assimil later today.

How far have you gotten in Assimil, then? I enjoyed it approximately until lesson 25/30, ad then I think I stopped for about a year. In a recent vacation I managed to push myself until 50 something, but now I am having a break again. :-)

(Like the above passage indicates, not that you need any translating, but I am at lesson 10. I'm doing one a day)

Today's not going well for other reasons, but I found out that the TY CD's don't come in mp3 form despite stating mp3 compatibility. I hate you, Teach Yourself (Assimil gave me a separate MP3 CD and thus made good on their promise). GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER TY.
As it stands, class is going decently but my speech patterns have not ingrained the Russian accusative case change for female nouns yet. (It's not a problem in writing, just in speech for some reason????) and I understand everything Assimil has thrown at me until lesson 14. 15 today, yes?
