Victor, what is this custom-made keyboard set you are using for producing pinyin? I've tried several TT-fonts under windows but wasn't really happy with any of them. (Most of the time, I work with Linux, but I use Windows for studying Chinese vocabulary so having a decent pinyin font with a straightforward input-method (simple key-combos) would be handy) 1 person has voted this message useful | |||

As mentioned in another post, I use a program called Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator, which allows you to create your own keyboard layout.
(i.e. you can place letters and symbols at whatever you like) In the program, there is a function called "dead keys" which allows you to define which letter combos would create which new symbol/letter. All you have to do is to find the letter in Unicode and paste it there, and you can type it. Of course, you can set these keyboard combos anywhere you like. Volviendo al tema del DÃa de San ValentÃn.
Aqui en Argentina no existe ese dÃa, sino que hay un dÃa que se llama "El dÃa del Amigo" (este año fue el Lunes 20 de Julio), también hay otro dia que se llama "El dÃa de los enamorados" (no estoy seguro cuando es). Halloween no existe tampoco. El dÃa que comienza la primavera se llama "El dÃa de la primavera" (se acostumbra a encontrarse con amigos en plazas o parques). En fin, aqui no se festeja el dÃa de San ValentÃn, sino una versión diferente. :D Guido. 1 person has voted this message useful |
