Remove the genders in German. IF you are going to keep it, make it to where you can
figure out the gender rather than no way possible to determine it.
Drop all the ss and use the ß in place of it. Make German popular again, sadly I see it
as a dying language, everyone knows English too much.
Finnish needs to drop the ridiculous amount of cases, do you really need 16 cases?

Japanese get rid of Kanji and be written in Hiragana only. Also change English spelling. |

As I am new to Japanese, I would add more spaces between words so I know where one thing ends and another begins. When I look at a block of text, it looks like an unbroken block, and it is very hard for me to distinguish anything in it. |

And then when you find yourself speaking the language fluently, you'd wish people wrote words together again because all those spaces between Japanese words look really irritating!
I also wish people talked in real life by inserting obvious pauses into their speech.
(Not!)

I for one am fond of using grammar to create and express coherent ideas. Does English really need prepositions?

Actually, I believe Hungarian has a few more, something like from 18 to 20 ;) And I recall reading that Estonian also has Finnish beat with one more case...

I would:
Bring back baybayin to Tagalog.
Reviving Mongolian script in outer lands.
Make written Tibetan up to date.
Write Polish in Russian alphabet!!! - If I think about it it's somewhat "Slavic alphabet".
Revive Egyptian (Arabic would remain as language of religion).
Bring back Arabic script to places it has been taken out by Latin or Cyrillic.
Make Cantonese and other Chinese dialects written.
