"Because he (the clock) would just slow down the time
blurring their vision with it's golden pointers." v. magliti something - literally means 'to be putting the fog in front of something', usually refers to making things less clear, less visible. (in terms of the weather, this verb means that it's becoming foggy, 'Magli se napolju.') (just in case it's not totally clear: if they would have a clock, they would know how far away they are from the destination, so the journey would seem slower. :) ) 2 persons have voted this message useful | |
