I've been a member of this forum for a long time, I think once I had even created such a log but it felt in disuse after some days... this time I hope to be a lot more motivated, and keep this log updated on a daily basis.
I am studying a lot of languageс, maybe even too mаny, but as I do it out of passion exclusively, I don't have any set date to become fluent in any them... I have my whole life ahead for it. So today I took this book I once bought in Russia, История России and started reading it. I get the general sense of everything, but there are much words I simply don't understand. So from page 6 I started to write them down and look for their meaning in the dictionary. 29 April 10 / Russian: последователь = follower, causer последовательный = next последовательность = coherence рассчитать = to calculate рассчитанный = destined ремесло = job принадлежать = to pertain, be a part of вольность = freedom вплоть до = until (geographically speaking) поселение = settlement внешний = external обособиться = to isolate Тоже надо практиковать и пысать что-то каждый день... если нет, то забываю русский, а это ни в мыслима. Сдал много труда для этого языка, просто в настоещие время мне нет времени. То университет, то другие языки... а вероятно, мне русский будеть помоч больше чем, примерно, турецкий или китайский, которие тоже изучаю. Сейчас пора смотреть кокой-то русский фылм. These two days I practiced Russian and Chinese. Continued to read a bit of История России, here some words I learned today:

As for Mandarin, I'm using Assimil...basically the new words I learn, are the new words of the new lesson I learned that day.

I'm contuining to study Chinese on a daily basis, I know (or better, SHOULD know) around 135 characters in some 2 weeks... let's hope I'll continue to put all this energy in the future too! Today's new characters: 来- lai (to arrive, to come) 怕- pa (to fear) 路- lu (way) 三- san (three) 次- ci (times; as in, 2 times, 3 times) 可能- keneng (maybe) 最好- zuihao (better) 打听- dating (to inform oneself) 一下- yixia (a little) 对不起- duibuqi (to be late) In case I'll add this evening my eventual new German words I might learn this evening. 1 person has voted this message useful |
