In CIA World Fact Book it is written that there 15 official languages of India though English is not. An Indian authority said that English was the only official language; it means CIA web page says wrong. I think they must know their official language. Though Chinese don’t know much English I think the Indians have no problem on the internet while communicating with the westerns. 1 person has voted this message useful | |||

Well by American, Canadian, British and Australian standards it's definitely incorrect. But you never know, it could be accepted as correct in India.
