I have not had the chance to speak to native speakers for a while and I seem to be forgeting the languages I know.I have not spoken English in real life for ages.My Russian is getting rusty, too. There are a lot of Russian speakers here but I haven't spoken to any of them recently.I try to keep in shape by reading and watching movies. This is not enough for me.It seems that the only way to keep in shape is to engage in real life conversation and in different contexts.

What do you recommend to keep languages in shape?
