A good scientific show in TVE a la carta: Redes 2.0. Thanks for asking, it made me explore the site a little more. Look in Todos A-Z/R, there's two one there right now. Apparently they delete them from the site after two weeks though.

Hi Sprachjunge - I'm loving your journal! I also learned German through an exchange year
and have the same sentiments about my German, Vietnamese, and Japanese relative to your
German, Spanish & Russian... and sharp knives so it'll be interesting to follow you... I
have to head to classes soon but I'm definitely looking forward to reading your entire
journal in the evening, maybe. :-)

Oooh your German lectures sound very interesting :) I am especially curious to know which books you will cover in the literature course! I need some suggestions for reading material ;)

Hey, Quabazaa! I will edit this post to give you a fuller overview of what we'll cover (I have to get to bed soon, haha), but if you haven't read it already, I can definitely recommend "Leutnant Gustl." It's wonderful: really easy, really short, yet undeniably an important piece of literature in the German-speaking world (it's by an Austrian author, Arthur Schnitzler). I don't know if you've heard of "Catcher in the Rye" by J.D. Salinger, but it's similar to that. Not so much in terms of content, but in the sense of it being real literature, yet easily accessible. Perfect for the language learner!

Little milestone: Finished Schau ins Land 18.2 a few days ago.
