Good luck with your ambitious goals!
For Chinese, be sure to start learning characters early, because those will take a lot of
time. I recommend the book "Learning Chinese characters" for a beginner, or "Reading and
writing Chinese characters". Assimil doesn't do a good job at this, they depend on you
writing characters over and over.
