Does anyone have this Italian grammar at all?
A Reference Grammar of Modern Italian Any opinions on it? Are there any better options out there? I'm ignoring the "it's too complicated for me" reviews on Amazon. I have a A New Reference Grammar of Modern Spanish, Hammer's German Grammar and Usage and French Grammar and Usage by the same publishers along with the accompanying workbooks (the French being, IMO, the weakesst of the bunch). I have a copy. It is comparable to the other 3 (I also have the French and Spanish versions) Very thorough and detailed coverage of Italian grammar.
