I have done just under 7 hours so far. I am not sure how many hours I want to get done, perhaps 150-200 hours

I did 30 minutes on Assimil lessons 23-39. I still need to go over some of the words though, because one or two did trip me up.

Today was a mixed day. On the one hand, I struggled with my Dutch: I tried to join the gym, and eventually had to resort to English. Then I tried to set up a direct debit, and again, had to fall back on English. Granted, neither of these activities are especially straightforward, and the guy in the gym told me he had a very strong local dialect other people struggle to understand.
After that, I did 20 minutes looking through Het Laatste Nieuws, and was pleased to find that I understood a lot, especially an article explaining how Iraq was buying French weapons so as to diversify the equipment of its army. I did 20 minutes today. Listening to a hearing on EU law, I listened to the Dutch translation of proceedings. The woman doing the translating had a very soft, put you to sleep voice. I managed to graps a reasonable amount.
