I have started Assimil Advanced Dutch (AAD). The sound quality of AAD is not great, rather fuzzy in places, but otherwise very good. The vocabulary is interesting, and am pleased at my progress so far. Not getting a lot of time to study due to long work hours, but the time I do get is very effective.

Went for a day out in Ghent in Flanders. I got to see the painting by Van Eyck of "Aanbiding van het lamb Gods", which was the highlight of the trip. I was very flattered to receive compliments on my Dutch from the people behind the desk in the cathedral :)

I am upto track 7 CD 3 on the MT course. I have done 40 minutes over the last two days. Not sure how much I have done on the course, but probably close to an hour.

Did 15 minutes or so last night. Got upto track 10 CD 3 of Michel Thomas advanced course. Handled things like "would have liked to"
