Did 30 minutes on MT Advanced, upto track 15. I also bought two grammar exercise books, both with French as the language of instruction. I am working through the exercises. The first one was on de/het words, which wasn't very exciting, and then there was an exercise on how to form dimunitives (je). There was also an exercise on plurals, which can be tricky in Dutch.

Finished CD 3 of Michel Thomas. Then I did 20 minutes on Dutch verbs, and found a pattern

Did 55 minutes of Dutch revision exercises from the Hugo Dutch in 3 Months. Struggled with preposition "er", word order of negation, and some past participles

Those 'ij-'s look like Hollandic Dutch pronunciations to me. I would avoid them and pronounce them 'e-' like in Belgian Dutch. 1 person has voted this message useful |
