Wow, you're moving through the Pimsleur quickly, but I agree consistency is difficult when trying to balance everything else in your life.

Hi Hobbema,
I am really enjoying Pimsleur Portuguese, and I think the fact that I'm moving quite fast helps that. 3 months of pimsleur is a bit much, but if I can finish it in half that time that would be awesome. Well, it's been slow moving, but at least it's been moving! A dying computer and the festive season haven't really contributed to much learning success...but I will soldier on!

Good work ymap.
I speak Spanish myself and have been studying some Portuguese. I highly recommend the Ta Falado program. Its for native English speakers that know Spanish and want to learn Portuguese. In addition to they audio they have transcripts of the dialogs with translations into both Spanish and English. Its really enjoyable and I highly recommend it.
