Finish 2 and 3 after Pimsleur 1? | ||

I'm a day or two from finishing Pimsleur Spanish I.

I would suggest doing both, focusing on the latter. I've gone through all of Pimsleur
Spanish and some of Platiquemos and I think Pimsleur works far better in a support role— something to do while driving or washing the dishes. Something like Platiquemos should be your meat and bones. Plus, Pimsleur is really expensive, while FSI style courses tend to be cheap to free. My two cents. 1 person has voted this message useful | |

Finishing Pimsleur I tomorrow. Will start Platiquemos and make Pimsleur II secondary. When I get a paycheck and Assimil arrives, Pimsleur might be out.

I'm not sure about Spanish but I kept going with Pimsleur 2 and 3 of Russian and found them very good.
