Hello everyone.
I would like to know the difference between the two Assimil methods for learning
Brazilian Portuguese; that is, the old and newest version.
Old one:
http://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B00008CTCH/ref=s9_simh_gw_p1 4_i3?
pf_rd_m=A1X6FK5RDHNB96&pf_rd_s=center-
1&pf_rd_r=1JK9TC2X3DS2ET80WD50&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=463375513 &pf_rd_i=405320
New one:
http://www.amazon.fr/portugais-Br%C3%A9sil-Juliana-Grazini-
Santos/dp/2700502760/ref=sr_1_2?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=12816022 74&sr=1-2
I want to know whether the latest version is just like the old, but updated, or a
whole different course.
Thanks in advance.

I can't speak for Portuguese, but according to Prof. Arguelles and many others on this site, the older version (not first generation, which was made before the 1940s, but the second and third, made in the 1950s-1970s I believe) is better for learning, although the language will have changed since then, so you'll want to supplement it with more up-to-date materials.
