Hi.
I'm trying my best to learn Italian, I've completed the first 17 lessons of Pimsleur, and I want to start doing Assimil simultaneously. I've been able to borrow the 1951 version of the Assimil course, but I think the layout of the 1969 version is better (from watching prof. Arguelles videos) But I simply cannot find the 1969 version anywhere. I've tried Abebooks, Amazon and numerous others. Aren't they exactly the same course: Assimil Italian without Toil?

I think the material is the same, but the 1969 version just has nicer layout (the translation page looks exactly like the target language page)

I have the 1976 version - I'm afraid its the same as the 50s version in layout save that has changed values for money and a more durable hard cover. I doubt that there was a change between the 1969 imprint and the 1976 version.
