	Uploaded with ImageShack.us My mom bought a poster with Japanese writing on it but we dont know what it says. Can anyone help us out? I think one of them is the name of the picture or something but we cant be sure and she wants to hang them in her office so it'd be good if we knew what they say. 	The painting is 目黒太鼓橋夕日の岡 (Meguro Taikobashi Yuuhi no Oka or Drum Bridge at Meguro and Sunset Hill) by 歌川広重 (Hiroshige Utagawa). It's from a collection titled 名所江戸百系 (Meisho Edo Hyakkei or One Hundred Famous Views of Edo). The red box on the top right is the set name, the multi-colored box to its left is the individual painting name. The last box contains three characters which, though I cannot read them, appear on most of Hiroshige's paintings. Perhaps it is a nickname or some affiliation. The original, one-of-a-kind Drum Bridge washed away in heavy rains in 1920. The modern bridge, built in 1995, lacks the arch shape that made the original famous. You can see a picture of it here: 目黒太鼓橋 (last picture on the bottom). In finding that picture I was very surprised to find that this is the bridge my office building overlooks.
