Can anyone suggest an Italian book that has audio to go along with it? I've tried looking on Amazon and Ebay and couldn't find anything.

If you mean fiction with an audiobook, you are looking in the wrong place. Try the Italian book store. I've ordered from them before. They're reliable. You can also try the free resources in this thread: free, legal audiobooks.
I really enjoyed the first two Harry Potters and their audiobooks. But those were the only two ever recorded. Unfortunately, Italians don't seem to like audiobooks all that much. Are you talking about a textbook specifically for learning the language, or just a novel + audiobook combination?
