To all my dear fellow polish learners: I still haven't found a polish podcast with transcripts. However, I just learnt that "Polityka" (a weekly journal) has an offer which is called "Audiopolityka", which allows access to audio versions of some articles of the print issue.
I'll just post the description I found on that matter. I do hope this is okay with the forum rules as the service is only available for a fee (4 zl / issue audio and 3 zl / print issue in pdf):
AudioPolityka - serwis z POLITYKĄ do słuchania
Tygodnik „Polityka” od 4 sierpnia 2010 r. dostępny jest również w wersji audio.
AudioPolityka to płatny serwis dźwiękowy udostępniający w każdy wtorek o 20.00 dziesięć wybranych tekstów z aktualnego wydania „Polityki”.
I already used that service for the last issue of "Polityka" (paid via credit card), which went quite well. I got access to the (water-marked) mp3 immediately after payment, 10 files/80 Megabyte. I listened to two articles so far which are indeed well-read.
By now I just didn't figure out how to subscribe to that service, so I'd really appreciate if anyone found out and posted it here.

well, I have never heard about it, but there is polishclass101, they started recently, I have not tried it (because I am Polish), but I like the other language versions of it.
You have to pay for transcripts, but you can listen for free, and still learn a lot.

clumsy; you're right, polishclass (polishpod?)101 does offer podcasts with transcripts; however, I am quite sure (all the more because they just started) that those podcasts stay rather with a beginner's level. The "Polityka"-offer is real native stuff which makes it far more interesting for me (and most of the other advanced learners, I assume).

While it's a different niche from podcasts, I'd like to point out that Polish is incredibly rich in audiobooks, of both original and translated literature.
