My command of the polish language right now seems to be stuck somewhere between B1 and B2. However, I feel that I reached a kind of sticking point concerning the aspect system of the language, hence my question: how on earth can one manage to retain all the different forms of aspects and how to apply them correctly?
For the moment I'm giving the massive input method a try. I got now about 1000 sentences in my anki (cf. 10,000 sentences method, still 9000 to go!) and I am about to feed my anki with examples from the according textbooks, e.g. Józef Pyzik, Iść czy jechać.
However, I'm not sure if I'm on the fastest track to fluency here, so I'd appreciate any comments or advise on how to make progress as an advanced learner of a slavic language.
edit: clarified Subject.

The description of aspect per my textbooks and using the common rule of thumb (i.e. imperfective = non-discrete action; perfective = discrete action) only take you so far. I'm in a similar position as you regarding my competency in Polish and whenever I have some free time, I pick up a book of Polish short stories to develop a "feeling" for a native-like grasp of aspect. In other words I've been using some form of exposure to get a handle on the finer details of using aspect, but I do refer to a couple of workbooks that give practice on verbs (Isc czy jechac? and Czas na czasownik).
