You can try to find it on http://www.uz-translations.net/ just register and search for it. Chances are if its old
enough they may have it. I know they have some audio files for old courses of FSI.(Probably not the greatest
quality but good enough I think.) Good Luck.

This page is worth a look for free Hindi-Urdu materials. There is the uadio for a book called "Conversational Hindi-Urdu" but it may be a different one. The audio for "Spoken and Written Hindi" is there too.
