Inspired by Fverschoor's starting early, I will too.
Current Knowledge:
German, I have occasionally done work in this over the last year, and am sticking with it this time.
Russian, I learned how to read Cyrillic when I was a small child and have also put in the occasional effort.
Dutch, I have been working on this since summer, though not too constantly, mostly weekend stuffs.
Spanish, I grew up in an all-Spanish speaking part of town, somehow never picking it up, but am now taking it in high school. (Albeit as a requirement) I’ve been through a year and a half of instruction and can thus far get around in it, ordering at restaurants, shopping, and the like, though with quite a bit of effort, grammatical mistakes and the like.
Indonesian, I have been at this for the last 2-3 weeks, though it faltered for a little bit because I thought, "when will I use this or even exercise it?" but I promptly got rid of that thought. :P
Swedish, I have been working on and off at this for the last 2 months, mostly on, and the off being when I switch to Norwegian for a few days then go back.
*I have never really decided, ooh, I will learn this, more so that I will dabble, hence random work in these, and others...
Goals:
German, to read through a novel. I am still unsure of which to do though, I am thinking of all Quiet on the Western Front, though I think it may be too hard, but I can’t think of anything that would be easier. Eventually I want to be able to read through German newspapers and wrote in prose in it. Also, I would like to be able to chat with some of my online friends in it, both text and voice.
Russian, to be able to post on Russian forums and understand what is going on
Dutch, to read through a novel (a surprise picked by a friend, arriving around new years) and to be able to get around in it, so raising it to where my Spanish is now.
Spanish, to be able to speak with my Grandmother without switching back to English and to eliminate the issues I run into when getting around.
Indonesian, The same getting around ability as in Dutch and conversing with people, though I am not sure with who.
Swedish, Also conversing and be able to watch movies.
^By conversing and getting around, I guess a fair intermediate.
*For some reason I thought 4 was the max, but realizing this I added the other two...

The first day, I had a flight, over which I did Dutch, with German on the Pre wait. Then I slept pretty much the whole day after classes, and woke up around midnight, then did 2 hours of Dutch then some German and went back to sleep listening to Russian Assimil.
Today though, I had an appointment, and I have been diagnosed as clinically depressed. Not sure how that will affect anything though.

Yesterday I continued with Russian Assimil 3. I knew the stuff on the first ones pretty much so I sort of ran past them. I then did 15 mins of both Dutch and German flashcards on Anki. Sadly I didn't have too much time.
Regarding Materials, I have Hugo series in Dutch, German and Swedish, though the Swedish is an older edition with their phonetic transcriptions, I really like them all, though I'm not sure which is best yet. With Russian I am doing the 1951 Assimil and going through the Penguin book. For all of these I have Pimsleur, the first part with 1-30. I use the Pimsleur when I get tired and want to close my eyes, but that is when most of my time is because it will take ages to actually fall asleep, but cannot really do anything involving the eyes.
Recently I decided to just do Swedish and Indonesian on the weekends, do to lack of time. German Dutch and Russian will be everyday, with at least 1 Assimil done in Russian, and 15 mins of Flash cards for German and Dutch plus 2 lessons in their respective hugo books and the Penguin book. So at this rate I will finish the books in 10 weeks at most, but probably sooner for I can get in allot more time over the weekends plus winter break and such. I will also get in a Pimsleur for each during the night. This is the minimum though, onto this I will add what I will feel like, so generally a splattering of one of these 3, though I might do a little delving in something else. For Spanish, I will be racing through the text book for class, doing every exercise and mastering all of the vocab since my speaking just needs a bit more precision via drills to get the less common irregular verbs good, as well as the vocabs.

Due to a conversation with some friends and looking in at my current situation and lack of time, I decided to limit the languages I am actively doing. After introspection and limiting, I ended up doing a dice roll on the last 3 choices to limit it to two (plus Spanish) so I am now doing Indonesian, Russian and Spanish. I am tempted to do some Dutch and Swedish on the weekend though. Either way, I am sticking to the following plan since it works allot better with my schedule and current situation:
(Not all in a row, but aranged with the schedule and such) 1 lesson Russian Assimil, one of Pimsleur, twenty minutes of flashcards and then book work for forty minutes. For Indonesian it is a little bit harder since I don't have as much material. I will go through the Linguaphone system one lesson a day as well as browsing through the teach yourselfs to supplement random ideas and concepts I want to express, as well as a half hour of flashcards.

I am glad that you chose Russian. It is on my to do list. I hope to one day be able to learn that language but I know I will not be able to study that until next year.
