Does anyone know if there exist a dictionary which have several languages in one?
For example, a dictionary where you have English, German, french, in one? - Or something privately compiled, I believe that it would be possible.

I've got a hardcover copy of the 7 language dictionary edited by David Schumaker that I'm rather fond of. It's got French, Italian, German, Russian, Hebrew, Portuguese and Spanish. All back and forth from/to English. It's pretty extensive with over 10,000 entries per language pair. Though the text is sometimes a bit small.

Alexander Arguelles wrote a true multilingual dictionary entitled
English French Spanish German
Dictionary, which is unfortunately very difficult to find. When
I'm able and if there is any interest in it, I can
try and find a link to where you can purchase it. I have a copy
and it is very helpful.
You might also try a site like Amazon to find DK's multiligual
picture dictionary.

I have a very specialized dictionary in 4 languages here:
Legal dictionary in four languages by E. Le Docte, Maarten Kluwers Internationale Uitgeverij, 1982, ISBN 90 6215 050 0
It's a legal dictionary which is very useful for any internationally orientated work in that field.
There is an index in the back in the following 4 languages:
- French
- Dutch
- English
- German
I don't know, if this dictionary is still available because I bought it many years ago.

I paid $7 for it including shipping up north. It's a bargain at twice the price though.
