This 1952 russian painting is called "Опять двойка" ("He got an 'F' again!") :)

I'll map an approximate English language translation this way:

"вновь" = "anew"
"снова" = "again"
"опять" = "all over (again)"
"ещё раз" = "one more time"

thanks for the picture - I LOVE that painting! His family may be angry with him but the
dog still loves him. Ahh...
