http://www.un.org/webcast/sc.html - these are debates of the Security Council and statements of representatives. http://www.un.org/ga/63/generaldebate/23sept08.shtml - These are the statements of all the heads of state in the world (except for Saudi Arabia for some reason), at the 63rd General Debate.
