This will be my Spanish and Mandarin log. I may also occasionally note Russian and French when studied, which may be 15 minutes here or there. However, my focus is going to be heavily slanted towards Spanish and Mandarin.
Plan of Study:
A) Spanish
1) Michel Thomas Complete Spanish Course to cement the vocabulary.
2) Work through Assimil Spanish with Ease(without audio)working on translating each lesson at 75% correct prior to moving on.
3) Work through FSI Spanish Volume I and II. Volume should be quick as I have a strong intermediate foundation in Spanish from university/previous-self study, and study-abroad.
4)Read online news in Spanish 10 minutes/day.
5)Listen to as much native speaking as possible. I'm currently in Taiwan, so this will be through the internet.
B)Mandarin:
1) Michel Thomas Mandarin
2) Pimsleur Mandarin I-III. I previously have done the first 13 lessons, and I found that it works well with developing your tones, though it is tedious. I will work through this as best as possible.
3) Assimil Mandarin with Ease: I will work on this concurrently with the other material.
4) FSI Mandarin Modules: I have done a small amount of work with these, and I believe it to be an absolutely fabulous program.
5) Language Exchanges: I am living in Taiwan currently and so I have easy access to a lot of native speakers, and daily interaction.
6)Characters: I may or may not try to learn any characters. I will at least learn the characters for food, as that is what is most commonly not translated here. For example: in a night market.

Today I did 10 lessons of MT Russian, as I was curious to hear how the program was and I do have a love for Russian. I would be studying it actively if I wasn't in a Mandarin speaking country, and so I need to learn their language, and I have already spent many many hours on Spanish, and so I owe it to myself to become truly fluent in this language.
MT Russian: I highly enjoyed the first 10 lessons, and the teacher was quite good. I find the words stick after.
*Until this Sunday I will not be studying much at all since I am taking the LSAT for law school, and that is far and away my current priority. After that is over, well, watch out I am going to do a full frontal assault on these languages, time permitting.
